Description

Duos is a mixed uses proposal in Wynwood – Miami, in the city’s Art District. The project includes the development of a building of approximately 3000 m², with a retail space at ground floor level, and 51 rooms distributed in 8 levels.

The project is aimed at extended stay passengers; that’s why the size and details of the rooms include all the necessary equipment for their comfort. The building design matches the dynamics and architecture of the area, where an industrial style and the use of colors prevail.
